Job Details

• Routes: Primarily east of I-35, with some flexibility depending on freight.
• Mileage: Drive an average of 2,000–2,200 miles per week.
• Freight: Enjoy no-touch freight with 50-60% drop & hook, and 40-50% live unloading.
• Restrictions: No NYC or borough deliveries.

Compensation

• 0-5 Months: $0.57/mile
• 6-11 Months: $0.58/mile
• 12-23 Months: $0.60/mile
• 2-9 Years: $0.62/mile
• 10+ Years: $0.64/mile

Additional Pay

• Detention: $12.50/hour after 2 hours.
• Layover/Breakdown: $100/day.
• Mileage Bonus: 3¢/mile for safe, productive driving (after the first month).
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 after the first load, plus $500 after 30 days.
