CDL-A Truck Drivers Wanted 3+ Months Experience Required
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (Paid in Two Installments)
Job Overview:
- Schedule: 12 days on the road, followed by 2 full days off (48 hours) every other weekend.
- Routes: OTR across all 48 states. Most routes are east of I-35, though flexible depending on freight demand.
- Mileage: Average 2,000-2,200 miles per week, depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.
- Freight: All no-touch freight—focus on driving, not loading or unloading.
- Drop & Hook: 50-60% of loads are drop & hook, while 40-50% are live unload.
- City Restrictions: No forced dispatch into New York City or its boroughs.
Equipment & Support:
- Trucks: 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths, fully equipped for comfort and efficiency.
- 24/7 Support: Operations team available at all hours to provide assistance when needed.
Pay & Benefits:
Your base pay will be determined by your verified experience:
- 3-5 Months: $0.57 per mile
- 6-11 Months: $0.58 per mile
- 12-23 Months: $0.60 per mile
- 2-9 Years: $0.62 per mile
- 10+ Years: $0.64 per mile
Additional Compensation:
- Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours of wait time.
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after completing your first load and another $500 after 30 days.
- Mileage Bonus: Up to 3 cents per mile based on safety, productivity, and mileage. Eligibility starts the first of the month after you’re hired.
